sound design for elemental journey
music + sound.
When it comes to media production, sound is often overlooked.
Adding the right collection of sounds at the right moment can heighten the emotional impact of your media.
We have almost two decades of experience with music production and sound design, with production credits on a number of albums and music featured on several documentaries, including Billabong’s Girls Get Out There and the Travel Channel’s Andrew Zimmern’s Bizarre World.
what is sound design?
Sound design is the art of crafting audio to enhance the mood, atmosphere, and emotion of a project. This goes beyond just adding background music. Good sound design is about creating an immersive experience.
Whether it’s the subtle rustle of leaves in a forest scene or the powerful roar of an engine in an action sequence, sound design shapes how we perceive and feel the story. It’s an essential layer of storytelling, turning ordinary moments into memorable experiences.
be heard.
Music production is about more than just composing a track. It’s about creating a sonic identity that resonates with your audience.
Whether it’s a film score that tugs at your heartstrings, a game soundtrack that keeps you on edge, or a jingle that sticks in your mind, the right music brings your project to life.
We craft original compositions that sync perfectly with your narrative, adding depth, intensity, and rhythm to your story.

how does it work?
There are five steps to the process.
We prefer to have a good connection with the people we work with, and we like to work with transparency.
We keep you updated through each step of the process, so there are no unwelcome surprises along the way.
Tell us what you need. Give us as much information as possible. For example: your goals, your budget, your preferred platforms. Do you have something ready to add sound to, or do you need something created from scratch?
We connect. We can chat via email or schedule an introductory call. We can both ask questions and determine if we’re a good match.
Proposal and agreement. We send over a proposal with a few options based on your budget and your requirements. If you accept the proposal, we send over a contract and project outline, with clearly defined costs, expectations, and timelines.
We get started. Once the contract has been signed and the deposit has been paid, we will get to work. Typically we take 50% deposit upfront, with the balance determined by the payment schedule in the agreement. We keep in touch via email and will keep you posted on our progress, with enough time to make adjustments before milestones and deadlines.
We deliver. When you are happy with the end result, we send you the files you need to put your brand new collection of sounds to work.
